We are internationally recognised permaculture teachers and consult for a range of organisations, both in Australia and overseas. We teach Permaculture Design Certificate courses on our Permaculture property in South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
We run tours of our property by appointment, and conduct design consultancies for clients ranging from pre purchase assessments to sustainable property development plans for individuals and organizations.
With extensive experience in permaculture project development on every continent, Rick and Naomi are well placed to assist your organisation in identifying key priorities for a more effective and sustainable approach to a range of projects.
We specialise in assessment of community needs and resources, education of project field workers and members of indigenous communities, and design and implementation of sustainable solutions to a range of global problems.
Volunteers and Willing Workers On Organic Farms (WWOOFers) are an important part of our property development. www.wwoof.com.au
Our Mission Statement:
Consulting in community and resource development, and repairing damaged landscapes through sustainable permaculture design, education and implementation
from Friday 29 November 2013 to Saturday 14 December 2013, 8.45 am - 5.30pm daily with middle weekend off
We run two PDC courses on site each year, and have been teaching permaculture for over 20 years. Our two week residential program is known for its blend of practical sessions, site trips, theory and active learning exercises. Come and live permaculture while you learn it. We offer real design exercises, small group and individual attention, and a range of teaching styles to cater for different learning needs. Our community atmosphere during the course will ensure you have fun while you learn and make lifelong friendships while you are here. Feel free to contact us before you register if you'd like to talk more about the course.
First ten people to register will qualify for our early bird book offer... a free permaculture book with 3 to choose from.
After you have completed the registration online, you will need to send a deposit of $150 via cheque or internet banking to confirm and to hold your place. The deposit is non refundable but is transferable for 12 months if you need to defer. A second deposit is due 6 weeks before the course starts. Our November course has booked out the last four years so register early to avoid missing out.
